Anyone can learn it, like Boruto could w/o Byakugan, so it's not a KKG.

And to make a point, that's like saying Sasuke's Blaze release is an independent KKG that can be inherited by another Uchiha through bloodline alone, when just taking Sasuke's eyes means he can't access it.

Databooks aren't always right. If you're too slow to use common sense you shouldn't even be picking up the goddamn databook to argue facts. How can a kkg be learned by a non byakugan user. L's everywhere.

Gentle Fist is a KKG. I'm not going to bother bringing up the databooks, since they have so many errors in them, like not listing Zetsu as a Wood user, not listing Obito as a Rikudo Chakra user, and not listing Uzumaki Chains as a KKG, but it's more than apparent that it is based on Himawari using it as soon as she got Byakugan (while Bolt is unable to do so due to having no Byakugan).
