It should be at least more than 600 m .
I mean he defeated chin jao , a man whose bounty was 500m at his prime , with ease and didn't even go all out and almost killed roger many times ...

Bounty =/= Strength. He may get a raise for being related to Dragon (father of Dragon) but even then that's a maybe. It depends what he does.

Not sure, we still don't know how far bounties actually do go.
The highest we've seen is Aces which was just north of 500 million and, lets get honest, Ace isn't at all close to as powerful as even an old Garp.
