If Gaara had never lost his bijuu?

If Gaara had never lost to deidara and lost his shikaku do you think he would have learned to master it like bee and naruto? he had a reason to live after fighting naruto and just like how bee had his brother and naruto has his parents putting love into them gaara has his siblings and the sand village now, i think if he had gone to the waterfall of truth with naruto and bee he'd be as strong as bee now

and would that make him the strongest living kage now?

Well I voted that he would have gotten control over the bijuu by now ... but I think he's better off without it. I guess his power seems more amazing now that you can't say that he gets his power from the Bijuu.

At the beginning of Shippuden Gaara could control Shukaku's arms.I think he would have been able to control it completely.
Anyway,his father thought he was full-transformed Shukaku.Gaara is stronger than Ichibi,or at least both have the same chakra x)

Also, Gaara did have his bijuu under some control already. As seen in his final scene before being captured. So, if he needed to he could've joined Naruto at the island for further training.
