Actually even if that did happen,being that in chapter 689 when naruto and sasuke were trying to seal kaguya and she tried to escape through her portal kakashi used kamui to close her portal I'd say that the second whilst in kamuiland kakashi see's even a teeny tiny rip in kamuiland he'd just close it back up.
