If expanded on, could Itachi/Naruto have Ninshuu'd other Villains?

Taking what little we know about Hidan, Kisame, Kakazu, Sasori, Orochimaru, Deidara and Danzo- if given context, manga exposure and time, could Naruto have TNJ'd some of the more one-note villains? All weakness comes from some form of insecurity or origin, Deidara's jealousy or Orochimaru's lust for immortality are just as much weaknesses as they are strengths.

The idea of evil and chakra in the NV all stems from Kaguya's cycle of hatred so it's hard to believe that just pure evil can exist, it's actually counter-productive to the message of the manga. We're all born equal and the Akatsuki and Uchiha are products of a troubled system. But if you can fix Tsunade, Neji, Pain and Gaara the blood-loving psychopath of all people then it stands to reason that they all have a spark of rationality in them. Even with Sasori we know the tragic nature of losing their parents and then going cold. Sasori's story with Chiyo & his childhood friend could be exploited.

It's easy to say: Nah they're too far gone to be put back into the Ninshuu Ninja system but use your imagination and think how a Naruto-style ninja would appeal to them. Where do we think these ninja went wrong?

Yes. but there is 2 conditions. for naruto, the 1st reason like itachi, is to see himself within them, the 2nd rule, the villain must openly reveal that side to them for naruto analyze it. obito, pts sasuke, neji even gaara opened their point of the view and feeling which allowed naruto to connect thus gave reason for TnJ

luckily for kabuto, itachi's genius analytical skills allowed him to see right through kabuto. so the 2nd rule wasn't even needed to naruto's extent. just a simple genjutsu re-education did the work for him.

Oh I honestly don't think Naruto could've actually cracked Kabuto- he and Itachi simply went through a different darker aspect of the ninja world. Naruto is good at emotional scars but is hardly one to comprehend political or darker goings-on. Both pawns of Danzo and the corrupt Leaf, Itachi was the perfect match to set him straight. 50% Analytical 50% Empathy of their huge amount of similarities.

Is it weird to say I could see Naruto converting Deidara, Sasori or Hidan? Hidan is clearly the outlier outcast from the society he came from and rebel Deidara never seemed like a true bastard past his obsessions and jealousy. There's stuff to clearly play on there.
