No he doesn't, the only thing Sasuke have that's on Madara's level is power, every other stat is much lower than Madara's (speed, strength, endurance, durability, strength, stamina, taijutsu, battle experiences, jutsu knowledge, mastery of the Sharingan). Sasuke wasn't just born with skills, he had to train his butt of as we saw him do in part 1 and in part 1 when he was going with the sound 4, he used Oro's drug to gain more power then in Shippuden it was said he used drugs or forbidden jutsus to speed up his growth rate which wasn't normal. That's not skills so yes he need to be trained as Oro trained him.

All of which can be improved given time. Power however is something you are born with and he was born with more than Maddie that's it. His speed is also above Maddie currently.

But what if he did, then what. What if Madara passed on the torch to Sasuke and realized that Sasuke wants the same thing he use to want (Protect the Uchiha). And once Sasuke brings the new generation into the world (With Karin I hope), they will need a powerful protector like him. He trains Sasuke and gives him all his knowledge to pass onto the new generation, thus restoring their clan.

Naruto doesn't love Hinata, there's a reason Kishi also shows a Naruto and Sakura moment after everything he showed a Naruto and Hinata moment in Shippuden. Hinata tells Naruto she loves him and at the end it's Sakura tenderly holding him. Hinata was holding Naruto's hand in the war and Naruto tells his dad Sakura is his girlfriend. We have Kushina tell Naruto about his birth which includes one of Kushina's dying words be to find a good women like her then in the war Minato compares Sakura to Kushina. We also see Kakashi give his opinion on his old team which is that Sakura doesn't feel the same way about Sasuke, she still likes him but it's a different type of feeling. All sets up for Naruto and Sakura.

If Sasuke was born with this power then he would have beat Itachi in part 1 lol Sasuke was only a natural born genius as Lee put it, Sasuke was a natural born genius being an Uchiha. Nothing about Sasuke was said to be special when he was born while Madara was born with powerful chakra unlike any other Uchiha. Sasuke's speed is only above Madara's with his s/t jutsu, not his base which is what I was talking about. Sasuke's base speed is still where he was when he found A as he had no training or power up that affected his base speed. SM Naruto reacted to the 3rd Raikage speed while SM Naruto couldn't to Madara's full speed.

Juubi Jin Madara been nerf so I don't count anything Naruto or Sasuke did to him since they needed Minato to FTG Madara's black orbs to Konoha and leave him with only 1. Madara never used Susanoo as Juubi jin when he clearly used it with no eyes and with 1 eye pre-juubi Jin. He also used no wood jutsus or katon jutsus as he did pre-Jin.

The eye Obito had had the jutsus to pull out souls (he wanted to pull out Yamato's), control 6 paths, and revive so the eye Madara has show have the jutsus to absorb ninjutsus, deva path, summoning path, and/or weapon path yet he didn't use any of them. He taught Obito the jutsus who taught Nagato so he knows how to use them.

Clearly her love for him is lower than before.

Naruto clearly loves Sakura as he admitted when Sai asked him and he never said he like Hinata any more than a friend, heck he doesn't really know her since she only talked to him In part 1 like 2 times and barely any better in Shippuden. Naruto doesn't know her and what he did learn about her came from Neji in part 1. All she really told him about herself was that she love him but he could have been thinking how could you love me if you don't really know me or attempt to spend time with me? She stalked him while being too shy to talk to him

Both Sai and Naruto acknowledged she is doing this because she loves Sasuke and doesn't want him to fall deeper into darkness
