I think the only useful thing would be koto if Danzo was to add into the fighting crew, because the reverse seal probably would get dodge by madara easily lol ( as I recalled even sasuke dodged it np )

tsunade is more useful in this situation 1 medical nin is always useful combined with her strength makes her a great asset.

Danzo was only beaten by sasuke because of plot... he paralysed him and instead of beheaded he gave a speech about itachi and then try to behead him... common now why didn't he just kill him the same second.

That could very well be the case, it would depend on how he kills him, if he uses suasnoo sword, he's screwed, but, if he uses long range jutsu, Izanagi will save Danzo

If tsunade never woke up from her come, and danzo was chosen to become the sixth hokage, would he be more useful against madara?

Would inzanagi,Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique,Kotoamatsukami and his wind jutsu, be better than Tsunade's medical jutsu and her monstrous strength?

either he would have certain people assassinated or certain ninja from his own village would try to kill him. Basically konoha would become something akin to Hitler's Germany.
