Ki is spiritual energy while chakra is both Spiritual and physical energy so wouldn't chakra be stronger?

No one from NV stands a chance against Goku.

You're underestimating the amount of energy Goku has. Just by charging up his Ki the whole earth trembles and his energy can be sensed millions of miles away from earth. He can obliterate Jubito with a single hit.

This doesn't matter because Obito would be dead in less than a second against Goku because of his speed and power, but anyway, Kamui doesn't help Obito at all because Goku has two ways to counter it:
1) Instant Transmission.
2) Ripping dimensions just like Gotenks and super Buu did just by screaming in SS3.
