Could he even activate rinnesharingan in real life, if his mind is trapped in tsukuyomi's illusion. Would tsukuyomi affect him at all given the dormant power in his eyes? Tsukyomi, potentially and that's mostly because he has very potent Yin Energy without the Sharingan along with the fact that he has the Uchiha's KKG should enable him to break through Tsukyomi.

As for Infinite Tsukyomi, he always has the Rinnegan activated no matter what, so that's a trick question. Answer will always be yes.
