Bee had no quarrel with Sasuke either when he and Taka showed up at the location where he had been training.

So didn't the other 7 Beasts The Akaktsuki captured the very Criminal Organization he's affiliated with and is the very reason any defense that Sasuke uses is null and void in a court he would of been given the death sentence.

First off, Sasuke wasn't declared & recognized as criminal until after he attacked The Kage summit, the Shinobi world was aware of his assault against Killer Bee but there was no verdict to which branded him a criminal. Secondly Killer Bee didn't die, which means that Ay's actions (killing Sasuke) would've been in vain and left an unbalance.

It doesn't matter when he was recognized the Kages could kill him the second he attacked the summit, plus attack Killer B and allying with the akatsuki made him a criminal. Konoha wouldn't do shit I doubt Naruto would, that's too unreasonable even for Naruto....Unless the Kyubbi runs wild but that would even happen if Naruto sees Ayy kill Sasuke.
