Indra and Ashura are direct blood relatives of Kaguya so they would logically have as much power as one of their descendants using the 9 bijuu. VoTE 2 was meant to be a portrayal of Indra and Ashura's feats hence why Kishi named Sasuke's jutsu "Indra's arrow".

Their descendants both got weak after centuries of blood thinning. Uchiha don't have the Rikudou chakra Indra possessed while Senju/Uzumaki don't have the Juubi chakra Ashura inherited.

He had BM therefore he had bijuu chakra, he wasn't a Jinchuurki which means he was born with bijuu chakra a.k.a the Juubi's chakra.

And the manga made it clear Six Path Senjutsu is Kaguya's chakra which is the same as Juubi chakra. When Obito was JuubiJin he said he finally had the "Sage's body" which is what Ashura inherited.

Read the manga, BM comes from being a Jinchuuriki and none of Ashura's descendants can use a chakra mode without bijuu chakra.

Wrong, Toneri has Hamura's genes not Hagoromo's. And Hamura had Kaguya's chakra so his Six Path Senjutsu would have come from inheriting some of it.

No, Senju DNA is not Ashura's full power just like MS isn't Indra's full eye power. Hashi's cells only gave him a portion of Ashura's power.

Neither Obito nor Madara could use Six Path Senjutsu until they became JuubiJin, Naruto got RSM after he was united with the 9 bijuu.

The auhtor made it clear that in order to unlock Six Path Senjutsu Kaguya's chakra is required and since Kaguya is the Juubi having the power of 9 bijuu grants the same power.

Ashura was born with Juubi chakra hence why he could use BM and RSM without being a jinchuuriki, it would also be the reason Hashirama inherited the Juubi's KKG and why Uzumaki inherited Gedo Mazo traits

Naruto is a much better representation of what Ashura stood for than Hashirama ever was. Hashirama was born with power and talent greatly exceeding Madara's. Ashura was meant to represent cooperation. Hashirama used his power to subdue and control Bijuu, whereas Naruto earned their respect by treating them as equals and sincerely caring for their well-being.
