Well, I'm not much of a poet, but this is a pantoum I wrote in school. This is my first post in the Writer's Base. :O

If Anything

If anything,
I wish I could’ve seen it coming.
And if everything weren’t so toxic and twisted,
We could still be friends.

If anything,
I’ll try to forget you were wrong.
But if you hadn’t hurt me so badly,
I could actually forgive you.

If anything,
You won’t remember what happened between us.
And now that you’ve moved on,
I’ll only be “that girl” to you.
So, you’ll only be “that guy” to me,
If anything.
