If any anime character can have a role in Naruto, who would you choose ?

If there was any particular anime character throughout the entire fictional worlds, which one would you personally choose to have a role in the world of Naruto, participating in combat and also having his/her own form of ninjutsu, or if they already have a superpower(Death Note, Dragonball, etc etc) it would instead be their main focus. Also if possible please supply an image of your character for others who may not be familiar with it.

Please for the sake of all Rikudou, don't turn this thread into a "Character Vs Character" thread, it's just a scenario thread of what you would love to have in the series if given the chance.

My personal choice is Kenshin from the Rurouni Kenshin series, I would love to see how his code of no-killing would fit into the theme of the Naruto world, also I think he would suit quite well in the Land of Iron with the samurai.
