How far would luffy and CO get if All the marines since the start could use basic Six style moves like suro or Tenkai?

every marine includes admirals, vice admirals, and fleet admiral so the SH's solo the marines....

They lose the FA, the 3 Admirals, the 20 VAs and all of the RAs. They get negged by the WB Pirates.

Rokushiki is roughly a Vice admiral and up technique. So trading in a mere 20 vice admirals to gain an entire army of rokushiki users would be a massive power upgrade. Rear admirals are already a joke now, I don't know why you even brought them up.
And there are only 3 admirals now as it is to keep the world in check, that isn't thanks to the admirals but the fighting force they command.
Look at what happened at marineford, it was an even clash between the footsoldiers, if every fodder had the speed and power of a rokushiki master they would stomp the pirate fodder and can focus on the big shots. Even in the actual war of the best Marco got handcuffed because he was distracted. Now there are 10.000 potential people who can cuff him instead of 25.

Obviously not very far...they'd never have made it out of alabasta if all marines were that strong. If all enemies they faced were at least that level they don't even make it to the grand line. The same would happen in every manga, imagine how short dbz would be if buu came before frieza, naruto if obito did the smart thing and attacked naruto and sasuke pre ts, hxh if chimera ants came right after the hunter exam..etc etc

Remember Luffy vs Coby? Coby got casually one shotted by Luffy at Water 7 and MF. Luffy was Rear Admiral level Pre-TS and he negged the guy that every Marine is going to be turned into, so there is a very big gap between Pre TS Coby and the Rear Admirals. Then there are the 20 VAs + Garp + 3 Admirals + Akainu + Sengoku that are also being converted into fodder. Every Marine being turned into slightly above average fodder isn't going to make up for that huge power drop from all the people listed above.
@bold. Are you seriously comparing Pre TS Coby's speed to a veteran VA???
I would really like to know how you think approximately a million Pre TS Cobys can beat the 4 yonko crews + every other pirate.

its not that. Its just Garp trains all new recruit and Garps training can turn coby into wonder coby so its a bit inconsistent to have every marine without a name not at least be at that level considering in real life soldiers are elite and very competent. even if they aren't Navy seals.

I wasn't implying that The strong become weaker. I was just pointing out how scary it would be if every foot soldier was at least Current coby's level. Able to soru and Shingan or tenkai or any roshiki tech they would like.
They still have anyone stronger than coby be unaffected.
Just having trained killers be complete fodder seems unrealistic even if they are Foot soldiers. I mean they are military personnel... They should be able to fight at least a little bit.
But in your statement it wouldn't make more sense to have 50 guys of 9000 power level and 100,000 of a power level of 1
If Coby's power was a 50 and all the people you mentioned were 9000
Having 100,050 people be at a 50 makes more mathmatical sense then having a small minority hold majority of the power.
We are dealing with a power of 550,000 vs a power of 5,002,500
Stronger Foot soliders = Better army than Strong exicutives.
