Two of the kages are senju and minato is uzumaki sarutobi would still be the weakest out of all of them cuz age would effect him the worse but what we should ask is sarutobi in his prime versus minato or tobirama in their prime. Plus i doubt minato was allowed to reach his prime(died young)

Did you not read what I posted.....? Databook puts prime hiruzen leagues above oro, because a 10 year younger hiruzen wouldve killed oro without much difficulty.
