My Thoughts:

Kazekage: Kankuro or Temari, divided but Temari seems like she'd be better politically and is less creepy

Mitzukage: Ao a Seasoned veteran(fought and survived vs Suisui Uchiha)

Tsuchikage: Kitsuchi easily, badass rock sandwich technique

Raikage: Easily Darui, he's the best ninja apart from Killer Bee and is less immature imo

Hokage: While Naruto and Sasuke are more powerful and Shikamaru is smarter Kakashi is the most well rounded

My god.. sometimes you just need not post. Sakura is by no way a better rounded shinobi than Kakashi. Her medical ninjutsu is shit in comparison to Kakashi's arsenal. Kakashi's intelligence not only surpasses hers, but he also displays great battle insight, as well as quick and effective battle strategies. Don't even compare taijutsu between the two because clearly Kakashi stomps that pink haired Tsunade knockoff. Kakashi is well balanced in nin, tai and genjutsu not to mention his amazing chakra control prowess. You speak of Konoha's master tactician, as if he and her are even in the same ****ing league. Sakura still has a long way to go so please, stop the TsunaSaku wank. It's become rather bothersome to even glance at your posts in threads.
