This is how the fight would happen.

Only playing, I really don't know who would be the victor.. there are too many variables to consider with too many different outcomes.

Ohnoki, the minute he catches someone, its over. Instantly weigh a ton, you can't do a thing against someone who dismantles you at an atomic level. No healing is gonna stop that, no sand can protect from that. And dude is a tank as well stopping a meteor, getting crushed by a second and still coming out okay.

I think Gaara would. Tsunade is an old hag and is pretty weak (not physically). Her head on punches would be extremely easy to counter and would lead to her death. Ay is strong and fast. However, he makes decisions poorly and that will almost certainly cost his life. Mei will just die. Oonoki would forfeit due to spinal issues.

Gaara has the best balance between offense and defense.

Tsunade. One hit and you are finished. Hypothetically, if she gets hit, she can latch on to the attacker and drive the attacker as well as herself into the ground. She survives due to her seal while the attacker dies.

Ay is fast enough, strong enough, and durable enough. He wins. But he'd have to speed blitz Onoki 1st or Onoki would just disintegrate all. After that, he would just have to be careful around Mei and Gaara, but he's fast enough to take them out successfully. After that, his speed is enough for him to get in close range and lop off Tsunade's head.

Gaara is better yes, but in a scenario where Gaara has limited sand (assuming they aren't fighting at his hometown) then lava will ruin his sand, and therefore him. Just a bad matchup. BTW, I edited my post with some explanations.
