If Riker and I are agreeing on something, it's best for you to just stop

Whilst I find Trans sexuality to be illogical please tell me. How does ones gender correlate with an STD?
Facts don't care about agreement. It is there regardless of anyone's opinion.
I don't give a shit what you agree on. Your question assumes I said std correlates with gender which is a horrible strawman.

Not in the situation as described by the OP. I need to know their identity which could harm me I don't.

Being transgender can't hurt you physically. Maybe emotionally/mentally but that doesn't warrant you to inflict physical harm

Strawman? You're the one who bought up STDs?

:lmao:

Not asking you to agree, don't care if you do or not tbh. Just trying to understand how you're trying to justify this. You'RE creating hyperbolic situations that can honestly apply to straight women as well

No you don't, you needed to know they have an std.
That's not what this thread is about. Your entire argument for why it's ok for transsexuals to lie was because it doesn't hurt you which is wrong because they could have an std which could hurt me so their lie does hurt me physically as a result.

He also said you're not a victim if you have *** and later find out they're transsexual. He also told slimreaper to suck it up if it happened.

The OP was about how a trans got killed. So I don't understand where you're getting at when the OP even disagreed with it. Which why I asked you if you would inflict physical harm to a female

And what he said to slim is irrelevant because regardless it doesn't warrant physical harm

No, you are not a victim. You were not injured or harmed. You might be emotionally distressed, but not to the degree where it's accurate to call you a victim.

And yes, I told SlimReaper to suck it up. The same way you suck it up when your partner breaks up with you. The same way you suck it up when you don't make the basketball team. The same way you suck it up when your dog dies. You might be emotionally distressed but there is nothing you can do about it aside from dealing with it, moving on, and trying again in life.

You had *** with a person and then found out they were a transsexual? Then boo ****ing hoo, princess. Cut ties with that person, deal with it the same way you would the above mentioned scenarios, and continue living your life and try again. That's the only thing you're allowed to do. You don't get to hit them, you don't get to take legal action, so handle it and move on with your life instead of *****ing about it.

I never said it was okay for them to lie about it. I said that a transsexual SHOULD tell the truth, but the timing of when that should be done depends on the couple. There is no universal point where a transsexual SHOULD reveal they are transsexual. YOU would want that to be at the very beginning. That is NOT the same for every person.

That was before Slim said he'd kill the transsexual for lying.

This is not about what you'd do after getting lied to. This is about whether the lie hurts you or not which mentally is really ****ing obvious. But it can also hurt you physically as in your health, as I proved in this thread. That makes you a victim unfortunately.

You proved an STD can hurt you, not that sleeping with a transsexual hurts you.

And again this logic applies to all genders... so I don't see your point

Sleeping with a transsexual with std can hurt you if you're not aware of their identity, assuming you're straight.

What about a woman/man who is straight that doesn't tell you about the sTd?

They hurt you because they didn't tell you they had std.

The same goes for the transsexual but the transsexuals identity is already a deal breaker for a straight person so keeping that a secret is the same as not mentioning the std.

:lol wut?

STDs can kill you
Sleeping with a trans that is healthy and lied to you about being a trans doesn't

Do you know how silly you sound?

Are you saying all transsexuals are healthy?

It's actually the opposite, they're among the highest groups to have std's despite being a minority.

You're right that you don't get to physically harm them and that there are no options for legal action (even though there should be). However I think your personal opinion has started to mix in here. Just because it wouldn't affect you emotionally doesn't mean that everyone should/does feel the same. You don't get to decide the emotional range to which he can be called a victim. If he's been caused emotional distress then he's a victim.

Hell, just the fact that he was lied to/tricked at all makes him a victim, regardless of whether it affects him emotionally.

The emotional distress isn't gonna exceed something like your dog dying or going through a break-up. PTSD, trauma, physical violence, scams, those things make you a victim, not "Ew I'm disgusted."

What makes you think this doesn't cause trauma? As Truth said, you don't decide how a person feels.

No, you just said it doesn't make you a victim.

The fact that there are other things that you consider more worthy of the victim label doesn't mean that he isn't a victim. I don't see why this isn't a scam by the way. "She" dressed and behaved like a woman only to find out that isn't the whole truth. That is definitely a fraud on some level.

In the legal sense, it's not fraud.

It actually does. To be a victim, you need to reach a certain threshold of distress. Something like this doesn't qualify because it's far closer to a break up than it is to what makes actual victims. Someone lying to you in your relationship doesn't make you a victim, simple as that. "Victim" is an inherently strong word.
