If it wasn't a death wish it'll be 2nd strongest in NV and the only reason it can't kill Laguna cause she have to be sealed.

Assuming you mean Kaguya and no. I have a feeling it wouldn't break Susanoo, because of the glass nature of it. (I.E. Temari Wind, Hirudora would disperse around a Susanoo) however Night Guy would crack it, evening elephant would not, as it doesn't make contact. Likewise Night Guy wouldn't break Narutos avatar, but Evening Elephant will.

Kaguya can just dimension swap Gai, and leave him. Madara won because of his healing abilities he has as a Jin, not to mention, in the 8th Gate, Gai still had help to land hits.

So I don't think it would make him 2nd in NV.
