He is a strong and wise young man who carries a great love for his village that he cherishes. When it comes to fighting Ieyasu loves the sensation of a challenging battle which leads him to square off with people of equal or greater strength. Ieyasu is mainly known around the village for his carefree demeanor and sometimes viewed as annoying due to his tendencies to stray off track as he focuses on something else that is more entertaining to him. ● ○ Background Information
The Curiosity
Ieyasu grew up in a small Fire Country noble family that was located just outside of Konohagakure. He was a single child under the sole care of his loving mother. His mom had high standings in that noble family and she put Ieyasu through private school with the intent that he would one day use serve their family heads at the highest level. Ieyasu was amongst the top students of his class often competing for top spots on their academic tests. Ieyasu would always sneak away to the forest to take in its natural beauty. He would sometimes come across young academy students training session and every once in awhile he would witness marvelous, yet simple in a shinobi's eyes, acts such as walking on water or running up the sides of trees. He wondered how they did it and his curiosity lead him to question his mother who quickly banished the shinobi topic in a sudden rage. It was obvious to Ieyasu that his mother disliked shinobi, but he couldn't understand why and didn't really bother to find out. He would always wander around the clan grounds doing generous acts while unknowingly giving hints towards the interest of shinobi which one day lead him to a middle aged man who was happy to explain the basic workings of chakra to him. Ieyasu marveled while he absorbed the knowledge given to him, and at that moment, Ieyasu's determination to one day become a full fledged Shinobi was sparked.
A Shinobi's Will
As Ieyasu grew older so did his interest in becoming a shinobi. He read up on the basic knowledge anytime he could, and he would sometimes sneak off to Konohagakure where he would search for anyone willing to teach him anything about jutsu.The first set of shinobi he found to teach him was a few skilled rookies named Nathan, Cobalt, and Loki. Nathan taught Ieyasu the intensity and rage of Fire style jutsu. There training was intense and continuous, allowing Ieyasu to complete this element rather quickly. They then parted ways soon after, but Ieyasu always thanks Nathan for starting him off. Loki then taught Shen the sturdiness of Earth style, and the penetration of Lightning style. Two elements that oppose each other in nature. Their training was went smoothly and Ieyasu was not only growing in power, but growing in the wisdom of battle as well. Cobalt then taught Ieyasu the versatility and force Water Style jutsu can bring, but unlike the other training, he had a natural affinity for Water Style jutsu allowing him to utilize all the techniques Cobalt taught him with 1 hand seal. Ieyasu loved the fact he was able to do so much, but the more he read about the vast amount of jutsu out there, the more he wanted to learn. Ieyasu would also watch sparring battles between ninja in Konoha's battle arena which lead him to meet a man named Typhon. Typhon was highly skilled in the ways of the shinobi and this made Ieyasu one of his admirers. Ieyasu would sometimes follow and harassed Typhon by bombarding him with questions and requests for training until one day he agreed. Typhon then took some time out to polish Ieyasu in the ways of Taijutsu. Typhon taught him much, but due to an urgent village mission, he couldn't complete Ieyasu's training as he left the village immediately. Ieyasu took it upon himself to further increase his skill in taijutsu by challenging many ninja to fights. He won every fight he entered until he one day challenged an unusual shinobi named Solf. Solf's skills surpassed Ieyasu's, and the tai skills that he cherished so much was overcomed by Solf's. Ieyasu's passion was enough to convince Solf to complete his trainings in Taijutsu to the point where Ieyasu was considered a specialist. The bond that grew between the two was s great that Solf allowed Ieyasu sign his Leech contract, teaching him the ways of his unique summoning animal. All that time spent sneaking out in order to train didn't go unnoticed by Ieyasu's mother. She eventually deduced his deceitful ways and scolded him where she told him out of rage that he was like his father. Ieyasu not being told much about his father was shocked at the fact that he was a shinobi. After back and forth bickering his mother eventually broke down and revealed that she left Ieyasu's father while she was pregnant and he was apart of the Akimichi clan living within the barracks of his clan with his other family. Ieyasu didn't know what to say, and it was quite awkward for him. He now know that he was apart of the Akimichi clan, and he now became interested in seeking the man that left his family long ago. At the end of the argument Ieyasu made sure to make his mother understand that he was a shinobi. Nothing more, nothing less.

At 17 Ieyasu planned on leaving his mom and setting off on a journey for knowledge, power, and adventure, but before he left the Fire Country he intended to learn his clan's abilities. He wanted to learn incorporate their secrete taijutsu to his fighting style, enhancing it to a certain level. Revealing who he was he was unhesitantly taken in by the clan and he was trained in their ways for a year. In that year Ieyasu grew chubby like when he was younger, but as it came to an end and after mastering Calorie Control, he returned to his muscular physique which was attained through his past taijutsu training. After obtaining his goal soon enough the now older Ieyasu made his leave in order to begin his adventure. The big adventure called life. Ieyasu had no marked destination letting himself aimlessly travel the Ninja World allowing him to meet new people and see new places. One of those new ninjas he meet was a wise man was named Oraan. Ieyasu, being the jutsu junkie that he is, followed and harassed Oraan using the same harassive tactics he used on Typhon, but unlike Typhon, this shinobi was stubborn in accepting him at first. After a lot of persistence, and some added annoyance, Ieyasu finally wore Orann down to the point he accepted him as a student. Oraan decided to mentor Ieyasu in Kenjutsu. After a few months of sword dancing, Oraan and Ieyasu parted ways. Oraan went about his business west while Ieyasu, the now skilled swordsman, went north. His northern travels soon lead Ieyasu to the Land of Lightning where he entered in hopes of finding their hidden village. A few Inns, towns, and merchants later Ieyasu finally found Kumogakure where he planned to stay for awhile in hopes of learning new things. After a few days of getting use to the village and its people Ieyasu decided to finish his training the elements, searching high and low for a new teacher. His search lead him to a rather peculiar shinobi named Ushiro who, after seeing Ieyasu's determination, offered to teach him Winds Style. He wasn't very sure of his teachers easy going and comical ways, but during the training he learned to flow and let go, like the breezes of Wind Style jutsu. Ieyasu found himself having an affinity to wind as well, but not to the level he has with water, and his personality was a little more "relaxed" than what it was. A little older, stronger, and wiser, Ieyasu decided to play his hand in a village tournament thrown by Kumo. He overcame his opponents one by one until he made it to the finals were his match was fought to a ferocious draw. Ieyasu knew he did his best and was confident that he would win, but the wavering judge of the match thought otherwise, giving his opponent the slight victory in the end, but Ieyasu's hard work payed off in the end. He was contacted by a highly skilled shinobi named Selendrile, who offered to train him in Fūinjutsu. Ieyasu learned many things about Fūin, and by the time training was completed, he was a new man. He fell in love with the art, and even made it the go to ability for battles, specializing in seal creations. Ready for battle Ieyasu stayed and aided Kumogakure throughout 2 wars which was both won before parting ways with the village. He knew he would be back in a matter of time, but that time wasn't now. He left on good terms with the Kage promising to one day return. Ieyasu then left Kumogakure where he eventually stumbled across Amegakure.
Life Moves On
Amegakure was a prison to the man who loved nature. There was no scenery whatsoever, it was only a village placed upon a giant lake, a village that rained constantly. While there he read and was told about the ways and culture of the village, where he eventually learned that some shinobi could manipulate the rain with their chakra. He was amazed at this feat and was determined to learn that style before leaving Ame at any cost. Overtime as he did various freelancing missions, slightly rising in fame, which lead him to meet a village official who offered to give him the Rain Charm that would grant him the permission to learn their style. The only requirement of Ieyasu was that he had to defeat an Amegakure rouge shinobi, bringing the target back dead or alive. He fought a powerful opponent who gave him a great fight, but the outcome was in favor of the one with the highest determination, Ieyasu Tokugawa. After a few hours of battle Ieyasu brought the target back alive as a captive, and gave it to the council man who gave him the charm in exchange, but also the bad news of Amegakure's rain sensei who just happened to leave to country before Ieyasu's arrival. With nothing more to learn in the country that sobs, Ieyasu left immediately, travel destination unknown. While traveling Ieyasu ran into a charismatic shinobi named Wesobi. Ieyasu could tell Wesobi was not an average ninja which lead him to ask Wesobi about his life, and after the continuous stories of accomplishments, Ieyasu heard something that peaked his interest. That was the thought of signing his Toad Contract. In a learning session with two other shinobi, both familiar faces from his days in Kumo, Wesobi taught them toad by toad until they were familiar with all of the toads, their abilities, their strengths, and their weaknesses. Ieyasu and his two classmates gained closer relationships with certain toads, mainly the ones that fit their battle style the most. Wesobi then left the three young shinobi after he allowed them to sign the Toad contract. Ieyasu had a feeling that he may never see that shinobi again, but was grateful for his wisdom and help. Ieyasu continued to the west and eventually found Iwa where he stayed only momentarily, during the Kumogakure vs. Konohagakure war. He was saddened that the two places he considered home was fighting, but most of all he was worried about his mother after hearing of how Konoha's lost through the village into turmoil. Unable to carry out his freelancing jobs with his mother on his mind, Ieyasu packed, and made his way back to his birthplace.

Birth Of A Sage
Ieyasu finally made his way back to the Fire Country wasting no time at all in going to see his mother. She was pleased to see how much he had grown, and Ieyasu was pleased to see that she was safe. Ieyasu spent days catching up with his mother and revisiting some close friends and family members on the Clans Ground. Sooner or later he made his way to the Leaf Village's military branch, where he became a shinobi of the Leaf. Ieyasu didn't feel right there but his true intentions was to keep an eye on his mother while the village's ability to protect its people was in a weakened state. He bumped into an old teacher of his, Cobalt who was now a high ranking ninja, and after catching up they both discovered that they were on the toad contract. Cobalt also shared the same love for toads that Ieyasu had, but Cobalt's knowledge of the animals was on a higher level. Through training sessions and summoning battles, Cobalt eventually passed everything he knew about toads to Ieyasu who then left the Leaf in order to find Mount Myōboku, the home of the toads. His search was futile, and after weeks of searching he came to the realization that this place couldn't be found on his own. So he summoned each of the toads one after the other, each giving him trials which he passed, and also tips to where the Mountain was. He finally made it and its natural beauty was uncomparable to any other. He spent some time bonding with the toads and even meet the Great Toad Sage who foretold his future success. Fukasaku and Shima then revealed the concept of senjutsu to Ieyasu who was mesmerized. As time passed Fuka and Shima felt he was ready to take the test that would all determine if Ieyasu was allowed to learn Sage Mode. A test that required him to defeat a strong opponent in battle while utilizing the toads on the contract. After a continuous ferocious battle, Ieyasu came out victorious, and ready to learn Toad Sage Mode.
Dancing with the Twin Demons
While waiting for the toads to finish their preparations of finding a suitable teacher for Ieyasu, the young shinobi left Mt.Myōboku to explore the surrounding towns that unknowingly dwell close to this sacred mountain. Ieyasu's intentions was nothing more than taking a break, but with the events he walked into by entering a mysterious town far of to the south of Mt.Myōboku, he ended up in life changing affair. Resting at a local tavern of this unnamed village, Ieyasu couldn't help but catch an eerie feeling as he was meet with unusual stares everywhere he went. Most of the towns people would ignore and walk away from him when he tried to make contact and even some store owners would refuse to sell him merchandise before closing up shop. Ieyasu didn't understand why these towns folk was acting the way they were, but he knew something had to be up, and his curiosity moved him to try to figure it out. After getting his second drink Ieyasu realized that he was surcoming to some drug induced effects as he lost control of his motor skills after one drink, but by the time he realized what was going on it was already too late, and the young adventure was passed out on the taverns floor. He awoke to a strange room filled with other shinobi, some up while others were awakening as well, and Ieyasu deduced that they might have gone through the same ordeal as himself. Before long two twins appeared on the elevated level of the room as they talked about the ninja world being broken, and they having the tools of power needed for us to change it, but the twist being that we would have to compete against each other in order for us to obtain these items. Soon later Ieyasu discovered that this scheme was conducted by Orochimaru, a man renown for his criminal sick deeds, and as an agent of Kumo he had drive to stop a man that never crossed his village, but the temptation of achieving one of those valuable items was riding Ieyasu's mind. As this sick and twisted game for survival started Ieyasu and many other shinobi from various villages was made to fight to the death under various restrictions. There was team battles with ninjas foreign to him, there was battles against high leveled ninja with amazing abilities, element restricted battles, and even fights where shinobi of the same village was pitted against each other. Put to the test Ieyasu triumphed all challenges before escaping Orochimaru's clutches with a legendary sword in his possession. The Crimson Demon of War were dual swords of legend that hold valuable power. It was said that when a shinobi obtains these legendary tools there power increases to levels unimaginable, and Ieyasu's disbelief soon changes as he realized that he was no longer on the same level that he was before the swords. With this power he felt ascended to a level of shinobi's of legend like the Hashirama and Madara of Konohagakure. Not letting it affect his personality he still remained the same, but he now knew that with this great power came the responsibility of making his mark in this world. For better, or for worse......

⊰ Water Master ⊱
Cobalt taught Ieyasu the versatility and force Water Style jutsu can bring, but unlike his other training, he had a natural affinity for Water Style jutsu allowing him to utilize all the techniques Cobalt taught him with 1 hand seal. Do to his specialty he can also access higher levels of Water Style jutsu that require a specialty. Water style is usually the go to element of Ieyasu in battle, whether it be in a sticky situation or used in order to gain an advantage over the opponents.
After gaining The Crimson Demon Ieyasu's ability with water vastly increased. Instead of being able to produce all water jutsu with 1 hand seal, Ieyasu gained an ability that surpasses that of the 2nd Hokage himself. The ability to use all water techniques without hand seals, though still needing a water source if required.
⊰ 4 Element Specialty ⊱
The Crimson Demon not only boosted Ieyasu's ability with the water element, but in the remaining four elements as well. Ieyasu can perform hand seals for the remaining elemental techniques at a faster rate than a normal ninja without a specialty in those elements can. He can also use higher caliber jutsu of those elements that requires a specialty. Thanks to the legendary sword Ieyasu's hand seal prowess rivals, and slightly surpasses due to his water hand seal prowess, that of a rinnegan user.
⊰ Taijutsu Specialist ⊱
Due to the intense physical body training of both Typhon and Solf's taijutsu lessons, Ieyasu has grown a lean body structure and has become slightly faster than a ninja who holds his same rank. Raising his bodies physical health and through multiple fast pace hand to hand battles, Ieyasu was able to build up a quicker body reaction time allowing him to act faster than ninjas of the same rank and lower without any specialise in taijutsu.
⊰ Calorie Control ⊱
After extensive training in his clans techniques, Ieyasu has gained the ability to freely control his body's calories — which he converts into chakra in order to perform his techniques. At the highest level of this technique, Ieyasu converts his calories into chakra and releases the chakra in the shape of two large butterfly wings. In this form, he can use some of their clan's high-level techniques, several times without experiencing fatigue or other adverse effects. Upon activation, a brutal mass of chakra is released and boosts Ieyasu's body and his skills. He gains such a strength that his Taijutsu becomes immense, and a physical strength to match Tsunade Senju, while his overall speed becomes equivalent to 3rd Gate. Not only that, but the overflow of chakra powers his Ninjutsu immensely, and because of this ability Ieyasu can maintain his lean figure.
⊰ Toad Sage Mode ⊱
After standing perfectly still in a meditative focus, Ieyasu will draw into him natural energy which he will then blend with their own chakra adding a new dimension of power to it. By doing this, he gains access to what is called senjutsu chakra. This new chakra allows Ieyasu to enter an empowered state called Sage Mode, which then drastically increases the strength of his techniques and his physical prowess. Ieyasu gains horizontal slit pupils and orange markings around his eyes, reminiscent of Toads and pertain to the users connection with them. His physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability dramatically increase, with more emphasis on strength, endurance and stamina rather than speed and reflexes. He can even harness the natural energy surrounding them, turning it into an extension of his body, which increases the reach of his attacks through the use of Frog Kata. While sage mode is active, minor wounds heal slowly as time passes and Ieyasu gains the ability to passively sense his surroundings through the natural energy, in a similar but more precise and enhanced way as normal chakra sensing. Unlike other techniques, the user will not feel any depletion in terms of stamina and energy and will feel revitalized and strong while its active. However, once it ends, the exhaustion of sustaining such a delicate chakra balance takes over him until he can recover.
⊰ Contract Tattoos ⊱
Ieyasu has three Toad tattoos evenly spaced around his right forearm. Each tattoo is 3 inches long and they all resemble a totem but with different characteristics. Starting from the top of the wrist and extending 3in back is the tattoo for Gamachu, Ieyasu's go to Toad summon. Starting on the part of the forearm facing the other arm is another tattoo but that one is for Fukasaku. The last tattoo starting on the part of the wrist that faces outwards is the tattoo for Gamakichi utilizing his ability to create various combination with the summoner, Ieyasu.

On Ieyasu's left wrist there is a steel bracelet that bears seal of the word "Tempest" written in Kanji form, and can be activated through the Generic Sealing Technique. From this, by simply inserting his chakra into it, Ieyasu can summon his Bashōsen[
