Well before you continue with the story you need to sort out how the powers will be distributed, will the characters be nerfed/buffed to where they are all in a similar level? Anybody from the DBZ verse can destroy anyone from any other verse (bleach is questionable), same goes for villains. Ex:Blackbeard holding up against someone from the Bleach verse such as Aizen? (if thier even in the story but just an example) Then the whole Ki,Chakra,Devil fruits, magic, etc. I feel this would be the hardest part to get out the way.
Edit: If anything Just PM me but when it comes to this you're going to need input from other people to see if it's balanced.

The Kais of the DBZ verse get word that the Lord of Evil (Beerus is Lord of Destruction) is awakening from his slumber. Him being an evil son of a ***** means that their entire universe is at stake as he enjoys death and suffering. Goku and Vegeta won't be enough as they couldn't even defeat Beerus, so he contacts Goku and friends to wish that the Multiverse in which they live in was united into one universe.

This brings the Naruto, Bleach, DBZ, One Piece, HxH, Fairy Tail, and KHR verses all combining into one. Their respective worlds are also conjugated into one planet with several landmarks included on the planet (Konoha and villages along with New World, YorkNew City, Karakura Town) all put on one, massive planet.

From there, the main characters are united to an island where an academy is formed in order to become stronger and combat the Lord of Evil before he can awaken. The villains from the respective verses obviously have plans of their own and set their own plans into motion.

This is the general gist.

Since you said Lord Madara would be involved does this mean several villains will be resurrected?
Or their ideals will just be credited by them?

Several villains will be resurrected (such as Madara)

Cool concept its gonna be hard you'll have to bring the very strongest of each world though like DSM Kakashi or like final Ichigo and it will be hard to have heroes from other verses fighting Dbz Villiqns
