I don't see him being able to learn any advanced Jutsu or abilities, such as a sage mode. It is impossible for us to tell, its up to Kishi, but I just don't see him being able to achieve something that great. In my guess, he will turn out to be an average shinobi, maybe a little more, but it would be difficult for him to learn more than the rasengan.
