Ideas for a Story?

Well, I've been thinking of creating a FanFiction myself, but I'm quite low on Ideas and I am in request of help. And the fact I love writing stories and such

- Does a Fanfiction have to be Naruto based? Or can I write an entire new story?

What types of FanFictions are you into? If you answer that, then we may have an idea of what ideas to give.

like idea up there but more people from narutoverse ( akatsuki ) invades to the real world and starts to conquer places and pay dirty cops ( like mafia, yakuza etc..) then tsunade and some kages sends naruto and some people to stop em and bring them back to naru verse for final battle or somethinng like thhat xd

You could do one about naruto being a hokage and a father and his son is starting the academy.

What about long into the future with more technological advancement, almost like legend of Korra with the leaf as like republic city. There are fewer shinobi about due to advancements in technology and the protagonist wants to become one or is one and has to fight against older shinobi or these tecnological advancements :shrug:

It doesn't have to be anything about Naruto. It can be about whatever you wanted it to be about. Why limit one's self to just one topic? Write what YOU want to write about. If you have no passion for it, then it won't turn out too well and your reader will pick up on it. U_U
