Would there be anybody willing to support making a facebook page to donate alts to people that arn't able to get one due to registration being closed?
I have two im willing to give up.

This is a good idea in my opinion.
Opening registration would allow numerous people to join.
A number the admins don't seem to be ready to handle.
However,if the admins welcome your idea then that already puts a finite number on the potential new comers and thus the amount of new users could readily and easily assessed and monitored for trolling.
The one problem i forsee is the users who have access to these emails could very well sabotage the accounts of these people if they so choose.
Then again if they did for any reason the admins could be alerted and track that person down since they would have a record of these emails. That is if they decided to go along with this idea and over see it.
With that in mind i would be willing to give up ALT.
Though,a problem on my end would need to be taken care of.
When NB shut down initially i was given a new password and it was a bunch of random letters and numbers and i did not save it.
I am logged in permanently on that account so if i log off its gone forever.
If they are willing to change the password and send it to me i would give it up.

We would hand over the email's or allow them to change it. (I forot the email and passwords for them as is though)
Misaka Yata im guessing? Mine are ItachiStylez (Which I only used to troll anyway) and Senju Sharingan (Which I don't use anymore since I only needed it when the whole password reset thing happen)

Excellent.
Now,i don't expect the admins to openly discuss the possibility at length in this particular thread.
But,it will get their attention.
If many people respond to this thread positively and are willing i see no reason why the admins will not at least consider it.
If they do.
Then perhaps a discussion can be had about making an official thread made by an Admin of course so people can officially declare if they want to be apart of this or not.
The Admin can then PM these people for the Email Info and it can be given to the new members.

Your intentions may have been in the right place, however, there are several issues associated with such a plan.
1. Members are prohibited from using another member's account or alternate account.
2. You would be responsible for any severe violations and the subsequent sanction incurred, on any and all accounts.
3. Most people interested in taking an account are likely trolls, and in most cases, would require the email too.
Just around a week or so ago, a member gave away his main account and two alts via a thread on this site.
That same day, the main account that was given away had to be permanently banned for posting a great deal of porn.
When such instances occur, all accounts associated with it will either be similarly dealt with or fall under heavy scrutiny.
Also, to those who think of alternative accounts as "back-ups" in case of getting banned.. no.
We can check IPs amongst other things and find out whether or not you have more than one account.
As per the forum rules:
"Alternative accounts: While alternative accounts are not prohibited, any breaking or abuse of the forum rules (of any alternative accounts) will lead to its' permanent banning. Remember that it is strictly forbidden to use an alt account while your main one or another account of yours is banned." -

This is a very bad and naive idea. The amount of times I have heard members, that got punished for breaking the rules, saying that they let their friend/brother/sister etc. on their account or let them use one of their alts and consequently screwed up, are extremely high in number.
If real life people you know are already so easily tempted to cause a ruckus, do you expect people from the internet of all places to be more responsible? Everyone who even has the slightest sense of awareness knows what the latter signifies.
You would be held responsible for every action one of those alts would undertake. Your story of you 'giving the alts away' is utterly worthless to us. If one of them decides to troll or screw up, you will go down with him.
