I was just trolling around when i realized "this might be a damn good idea!"
It would add a new dimension and structure to nb, it would seem close to rl whereas you have to pay taxes,rent,damages,fines and everything.
How about we do that in nb?
I was new to the site and had my 20th comment or something when a guy insulted me for not having kumi and i said "who cares?" i didn´t even know what kumi was for and i was right, i shouldn´t care because it´s for nothing!
It´s for nothing more then showing off! This would get people to be little more serious about the idea of kumi and it would have a real purpose on nb with a clear system of use!
This idea could also make some other things possible for example, if someone breaks a rule and he/she doesn´t have the kumi to pay up then they have to work untill they get the kumi for it for example at konoha town or post at forum games to get their posts along with kumi up or do some mini-mod work that will also get the actual mods have less work, seeing how they´re alot of people interested in playing mini-mods, this ain´t a problem to implement.
The member who have broken the rule has to have the kumi by a certain amount of time and if it doesn´t happen then he gets banned for a time depending on what they did in the first place.
Now, i assume the admins have an eye on the bank-account so if a member in trouble gets sent kumi from a friend then he will have to pay up that kumi to that person by the equal amount of time he has to pay the staff.
Meaning if a member has to pay within 3 days and gets kumi from a friend. After the 3 day time-limit which if he didn´t pay he´d get banned, after those 3 days have passed, he get another 3-day deadline to pay back the member.
Now, this would be also a good idea to have members get into rp, fight official battles to get the kumi to pay up(another bonus)
Now how would the staff keep an eye on the kumi trade between members?
From what i know, only admins can see the bank account so here is some ideas to get this general idea in motion.
-Get mods the privilege to see the trade of kumi between members
-Get more mods as we´re all human beings, i know it would take work
-Get kumi-mods, i know there are rp mods so we could improvise
