ok so dragon ball z has the fusion dance, but Naruto fusion needs to be different.
Like take the concept of edo tensei, reviving souls from the after life and anchoring them with a sacrifice and dust.
In this version, 2 different shinobi stand at different sides of a seal pattern drawn on the floor, looking like the same one Kabuto used to do edo tensei. A sacrifice is positioned in the middle. Both the shinobi weave signs at the same time to activate the jutsu, then their souls are torn from their body and enter the sacrifice, who is then covered in dust forming an entirely new individual with an edo tensei body. The shinobi's bodies are now robbed of their life force and are in a vegetative state, so if they are not hooked up to machines in a hospital directly after they will perish and the souls of the shinobi involved will not be able to return to their bodies when the jutsu is undone.
So say Naruto and Sasuke preformed the jutsu. They would create a fusion of both Naruto and Sasuke, with half blonde hair and half black hair, medium length. A face that's an inbetween of Naruto and Sasuke's, with whisker marks and blue eyes. However the blue eyes are replaced with sharingan and rinnegan when they are activated. The clothing would be orange and purple, and resemble a cross between both their outfits they wore during the jutsu.
This form can also enter full bijuu mode and coat itself with human sized susanoo armor equipped with a smaller version of the perfect susanoo's sword, capable of the same destructive force but on a smaller scale. This fusion of Naruto and Sasuke can combine their jutsus to form even more powerful jutsus, for example rasengan and chidori to form lightning blade, or rasenshuriken and amateresu to form dark fire rasenshuriken. It can also create a Kurama avatar with lightning skin and susanoo shielding like Sasuke's chakra avatar from VOTE 2. And a lot more.
Would be a cool thing to see if they ever face off against some god like entity that they cannot defeat by ordinary teamwork.
