[Suggestion] /[Idea] - Custom Senju Characters

I'm not sure whether this issues has been brought to your attention or not yet (I tried to look in the Frequently Asked Questions- wasn't there, and then searched for posts- didn't find it either), but I think it would be a really good idea to have people eligible for custom Senju Clan members.

I know people have Custom Nara, Sarutobi, etc. bios but I don't see any Senju. Is there a reason behind this? I'm sure you guys are allowing custom Uchihas once they get the proper amount of posts, then achieve Sharingan later. Why not Senju? You could follow the same format of the Uchihas, considering that they are distant relatives, and it would introduce people with customs to Mokuton, rather than watching canon characters do it. I'm sure this would also give people who want a canon Senju character/Mokuton user in the future a chance to prove themselves outside of the Battle Test to be very good at the skill.

The reason being, is not every senju could use wood release, whereas just about every uchiha, had the sharingan. So the bios would remain, not custom based.

I think an idea for that would be for the Senju Character has to have his character for a certain matter of time, master both Doton and Suiton then take a battle test for his own wood release.

I think Senju's should be gifted with some type of auto heal factor, and some kind of strong body, or large chakra reserve..

One person has ever naturally used Wood Release; Hashirama Senju. Other people have transplanted that one person's DNA into their body, allowing them to utilize Wood Release.

Custom Senju bio's are allowed, however they would have no abilities, and therefore people would rather have a clan-less bio than a custom Senju, as they're 100% equal in our RP. Introducing custom wood bios is nothing like introducing custom Senju bios, as not every Senju uses Mokuton.

Or have jutsu that instead of having to use a certain element to defend, they can use a CJ where their own body can be used to defend agains the attack, whether it be a defensive or offensive jutsu

The only one of those things which were ever shown in the manga is the super strength jutsu utilized by Sakura, Tsunade, and Hashirama; these three people are the only people shown to use super strength (unless you consider Jirobo a user of this technique), and one of them isn't even Senju. I see no reason for these to be implemented.

What you have to consider is for a clan "ability" to be implemented in our RP, every member of said clan must have shown the ability to use it. For example, all Uchiha have shown capability of the Sharingan. Another example is the Uzumaki clan; the clan was renown for their Fuuinjutsu affinity, and every know member to date (except Kushina) has been confirmed to have had some form of sensing ability (Naruto and Mito have Negative Emotion sensing, Karin has Eye of Kagura, Nagato has the normal sensing ability). However, because any custom bio has the potential to have sensing on it, there's no need to restrict that to Uzumaki bios. Also, since any bio has the capability to learn Fuuinjutsu, the Uzumaki ability is also worthless.

The only thing the Senju clan has in common is the Will of Fire, which is already a custom in the hands of the RP village Konohagakure; unless I'm missing something, there's no way some "power-up" can be properly implemented in our RP for the Senju clan...

Yes, Senju clansmen were able to use Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu all equally well, probably with a higher number of Elemental Ninjutsu than an average ninja as well (where an average can master one, or two if they try hard). If you look at the bio of any RPer who's trained in the basics, you will see the following:
Fire: Mastered | Wind: Mastered | Earth: Mastered | Lightning: Mastered | Water: Mastered | Ninjutsu: Mastered | Genjutsu: Mastered | Taijutsu: Mastered
And then some... [sarcastica]The "clan of a thousand skills" Senju are a basic, Kekkei Genkai-less bio on NarutoBase... Whoo...![/sarcastica]

I'm just trying to look at your suggestion from the point of view of an RPer who believes he knows what's going on.

People already can make custom Senju bio's, there are just no restrictions on because they simply don't need anyone. The reason as why they are so powerful in the manga is the same reason that in our RP as a clan they're not worth much. Adding to your bio that you're a Senju is something purely cosmetic and thus stupid to place restrictions on.

Normally clans are specialized in certain, specific skills. The Senju, however, are different in that their clan consists of members use a large variety of skills. It's that variety that defines them as a clan, but you can't do that in our RP.

And no only Hashirama was able to use mokuton, that's not a clan skill, but a skill bound to a single individual. Anyone else who used mokuton, used Hashirama's cells to be able to do so. Only characters that have shown using it, can use it in our RP system.

The reason why you don't see many Senju is because you don't gain anything by making such a bio. In fact you place shackles on yourself as Senju's are still an official clan, meaning if you make a Senju bio, you can't be member of any other clan, clans that do have special abilities that can be used RP wise.
