Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Background Info.
History: Born in a Broken Home outside of the hidden cloud village, where Earthquakes were frequent and his parents would leave to scavenge for food, he and his younger brother were always together . Even throughout the course of his childhood he realized darkness was creeping up on him . Afterall, his first homicide was when he was ten . His brother (Subarashii jinsei) [The Great Life] would later to take on after his brother as a yin yang affect . his brother would attack with his lightning and water element techniques and he would attack with his fire and wind style, causeing a combustious end to every quarrel within eachother. the both had elements thats can bring life, and take it away. normally they were teamates and seemed unstoppable until One day as they were reaching there adult years they had they're final fight. it is rumored that the battle lasted almost till death but subarashii had escaped from a wind element style and was never seen. the Great Life and Death brother's story still lives on throughtout the land of the cloud. It was also rumored that they were supervisors of the lord Raikage himself until the left the village and set off on they're own .. but soon they shall meet again .. As life always ventures into death
