I've been wanting to put out my Top 15 list for the longest time to get people's feedback/opinions and I'm now finally able to:

1. Rikoudu Madara
2. MS Obito
3. Juubito
4. 8th Gate Gai (only one worthy of his rank because of hype)
5. Rinnegan/SM Madara
6. Nagato
7. SM Hashirama
8. BSM Naruto
9. Edo BM Minato/Alive [SM] Minato (they're at the same ranking in my book)
10.Kakashi
11.DSM Kabuto
12.Orochimaru
13.Tobirama
14.EMS Sasuke
15.Itachi

I don't like lists that include characters more than once.

I do have some issues though, such as MS Obito being above Juubito, Tobirama being above Sasuke, and Nagato being above Hashirama.

SM Hashirama > Hashirama >> Nagato.

Different forms warrant them being listed more than once, no?
