Can it be resisted by strong Reiatsu as did Kenpachi against Mayuri?

Arturo is one of the strongest Arrancar and has great healing power.

So, who wins?

Gin's poison cant be cancelled out by reatsu. Even aizen's chest was torn to pieces and he had the highest reatsu in bleach U_U
Gin wins that fodder. His sword is too fast, any opponent will always be on the defensive
