[Discussion] Ichigo's Zanpkuto???

This is regarding last week's chapter of Bleach...I was hugely disappointed...Not because I didn't like the dual blades...Just that I wanted to see the SPIRIT form of the sword rather than its external appearance...So if this is or isn't Ichigo's shikai...are we going to go through the whole process of Ichigo meeting the sword spirit, Ichigo training for bankai again???

It would suck if his babkai can now be stolen because Zangetsu is no longer hiding his power.

i would deffinetly have liked to see the appearance of his zanpakutos spirit.. but it might be shown later on.. for now im wondering.. if his dual swords are his shikai.. im wondering if his bankai will make them fuse

and since his shinigami powers were held back im wondering what they are really like... what attributes does his sword hold.. it would be nice if his swords had a wind attribute to them or something but who knows

I think that maybe there won't be a spirit form AT ALL...because Ichigo said "The Blade is me" and that may be the ultimate zanpakuto-development in the Bleach world...Though this idea sucks majorly...

hmm i actually thought that aswell but i hope that isnt exactly the case... ide like for his zanpakuto to gain more abilities though than just getsuga tensho

His zampacto has no spirit. Old man is his zangetsu and hallow Ichigo. Together they make up zangetsu. That's why he has a duel blade. His bankai will most likely be one blade that's shows the fission off all his powers.

That's why hallow Ichigo asked if the old man was sure if he wanted to leave things that way with Ichigo.

Let me ask you this: Have we ever seen his zanpaktou's spirit when we didn't need to?


We'll meet the true Zangetsu in spirit form when Ichigo needs help or etc. Kubo has no reason to show him now.

Should the hollow be the Zanpakto spirt, because his hollow and shinigami powers are fused.
