[Question] ichigo's zangetsu's

so my friend told me ichigo now has 2 zangetsu's soo it gave me some questions

1 did he already fight with them?
2 how strong is he now with hiss full power released
3 does he get a new shikai and bankai?
4will both swords get new shikai and bankai or just the same for both of them

i don't read manga but i dont mind getting spoiled
