Juha Bach was referencing the fact that Ichigo is part Quincy or he has relation to Bach through his mother. I don't think so as Karin would be a new reaper/quincy and would be weak compared to the level needed. At first Ichigo could only match Lt.'s and they are nothing compared to the Quincies now. She'd get in the way
