[Question] Ichigo's pill

I ust started watching bleach and when Ichigo takes the pill out of cone's body and eats it how does he get it out

That's to get out of his regular body and into his Shinigami body. As for the pill itself, it dissolves into proteins and becomes one with his poop.

He gets the pill out the same way he gets out his soul, either the glove or the badge
