Ichigo fought and defeated both:
-Tensa Zangetsu (peak of his Shinigami powers)
-Hollow Mask form (peak of his Hollow powers)

Ichigo's new bankai is no where near as powerful as his final form. I doubt we'll ever see him reach that level of power again
