Looks Ichigo looks like a normal teenage boy; the one exception to that is his spiky orange hair, a trait that he has been ridiculed about for years. He is a fairly tall, lean-built person with peach skin and brown eyes. He has a tendency to wear shirts patterned with the number 15, because his name is a homonym for the number. When he is training or ready for battle Ichigo's robe is replaced with a long-sleeved, ankle-length black coat (or shikakushō) with red lining that is closed at his chest, then left to flare out into ragged ends. He also has a tatoo on his right shoulder of the Fairy Tail logo. . | Personality Ichigo has always been a mysterious person, doing strange things that no one seemed to understand. Though, as well as being strange, he was also a kind, hard working, fun person. He liked to mess around and fight with his friends but hated being serious. Though if anyone tried to hurt the people he cares about, he would do anything he could to stop them. He also had a tendency to try weird things, such as being able to control caramel with his chakra. . |

Rank: N/A Range: Short Chakra: N/A Damage: N/A Description: An advanced Taijutsu art, based on the martial art of "(Mushin) Empty Mind", a mental state where the body reflexively reacts without the need of having any specific input from the practitioner, resulting in such refined levels of instinct and intuition to a level where they can respond to any threat without the need for thought. This is achieved via an intense level of training, wherein one is endlessly bombarded with incredibly fast, yet weak strikes, until they eventually grasp the concept of "self-movement", where each part of the body seemingly acts independently of the user's own will. It teaches one to abandon the practice of "thinking before moving", and simply initiate "moving without thinking". This is incredibly useful, as messages from the brain can only move through the nervous system to one's body parts so fast, subsequently losing precious time in combat that add up with every consecutive movement and action. This technique does not increase, or grant any kind of additional boost to the user's movement, tracking or reaction speed in any sense. Instead, it is akin to an automated defensive stance that allows the user to effectively negate any incoming physical attack that they can, visually or otherwise, register, without actually thinking about performing the actions. The body moves, almost as if on it's own accord, to respond to incoming attacks, and attempts to negate, redirect, or counter them in the most logical manner, before proceeding to intercept the next attack. A perfect idiom to describe this stance is "The lights are on, but no one is home", as the user is clearly responding to external threats, yet doesn't always seem entirely "present". One of the many benefits to this technique is that it is purely physical, and, by it's very nature, requires little to no input from the user themselves, especially in regards to their Chakra flow. As their body is reacting instinctively, rather than with directed motions and a proper input from the user themselves, they're free to use their heads to perform other actions, such as analysing attack patterns, potential weak points, and formulate and initiate proper counter attacks, etc. There are significant drawbacks to this technique as well however as, by it's very nature, it can only allow the user's body to react to actions and attacks that they can witness. This means the user cannot use this technique against attacks faster than they can track or logically register due to speed, but also attacks of a deceptive nature, or attack the user in some unregisterable manner, such as attacks that cannot be physically seen, like "Frog Kumite", or attacks that strike outside the user's field of vision. However, in the case of techniques that are directly applied via physical actions, such as in the case of a Shinobi driving a Rasengan into the body of their opponent, the user can divert this incoming threat by redirecting the physical motions of the opponent's strike, "countering" the Rasengan without making physical contact with it, or even ending the technique. [SUP][X][/SUP] Finally, entering into this stance does not constitute the usage of one of the user's 3 Jutsu per turn, however, if this technique is used to defend against another Jutsu, every instance of a successfully defended technique does consume one of the user's allotted Jutsu from their next turn. When used to defend against freeform actions and movements, no Jutsu slots are consumed. This can, in most cases, force a stalemate in close-quarters combat centric fights, as neither party gains any ground, or inflicts damage upon the other. History Background Uchiha MassacreIchigo was 6 when the Uchiha Massacre happened. He faced off against Itachi Uchiha, barely escaping with his life. Ichigo was left unconscious and barely alive after the fight. When Ichigo awakened, he remembered nothing of the events that took place the night prior. Upon waking up Ichigo sat up and got sharp pains in his left ribs and quickly grasped his left side with his hand. He then scanned the room for his parents, only to see that they weren't there. He stood up and looked in a nearby window. He saw light blue bandages wrapped around his face and quickly looked down. He saw that his whole upper body was wrapped in the bandages except for his left arm, which appeared to have black markings wrapped around it. After searching the hospital, Ichigo found a doctor and asked what had happened to him, to which the doctor told him of the events the night before. Even telling Ichigo of his scuffle with Itachi. Ichigo looked at the doctor in disbelief as he got excruciating pain in both of his eyes. He instinctively grabbed his face where his eyes are and after the pain settled, he looked up only to see the doctor coward in fear. Ichigo asked the doctor what had happened and what he was so scared of, to which the doctor replied in a cowaring voice, "Th-THOSE EYES!!!" Ichigo quickly ran over to a nearby nursing table that had a large bucket of water set by it. Upon looking into the water, Ichigo noticed his eyes had turned a darker red and gained 2 extra pupils in them. Ichigo then blacke out again. After waking up, Ichigo was greeted by the same doctor who spoke as he approached Ichigo. "Well son, it seems you have unlocked your clans blood limit. The Sharingan. And it seems you unlocked it in a odd fashion. I guess you were so shocked by the loss of your parents and clan that you awakened it, or was it that you were so amazed that you survived a fight with the genius prodigy of the Uchiha...Itachi." Ichigo stood up with a little trouble and thanked the doctor for helping him and walked out, leaving both the hospital and the village. Finding the Letter Ichigo went back to the Uchiha Clans own little district where he went into his house. He walked into his parents room only to see a note that had his name scribbled on it in his fathers hand writing. Ichigo opened the letter and began reading... "Dear Ichigo. If you are reading this, it means my suspicions were right and Itachi attacked our clan. I have some things to tell you... You have a brother. His name is Kirito. Go find him and keep him safe for both your mother and I. Take care son...farewell.." After reading it and noticing the blood spattered on the back of the letter, Ichigo begins crying. He cries until he can't breathe or see. After finally calming down, he leaves and heads toward the Hokage mansion. He then leaves the village after showing the Hokage the note and heads toward his brothers last known location. 19 Years Later After several years of searching for his brother, he recieves a letter from the Hokage that his brother has surfaced in the Land of Keys, and that he serves under the Kizukage in the Hidden Lock Village. He quickly heads toward the Land of Keys where he met Keji Kurai and the Kizukage Ikiru who also happened to be an Uchiha. Ichigo has spent the next couple years in hiding, secretly watching over his brother as his father wished. |
