[Question] Ichigo and Visoreds

From the latest chapters we've learned that Ichigo's inner hollow is his true zanpakuto all along. From the visoreds, they supposedly have a zanpakuto spirit and a inner hollow. On chapter 552 however, Urahara mentioned something about a pill temporarily hollowfying a shinigami's bankai/zanpakuto.

Wouldn't this statement suggest that the visoreds zanpakuto's are also their inner hollows as well, since they've already undergone hollowfication?

Ichigo's mom absorbed that hollow that attacked her and later isshin saved her by restraining that hollow using his shinigami powers, thus ichigo was born with shinigami, hollow and quincy powers.

You can say ichigo was born visored because he inherited hollow power from the hollow that attacked his mom, but Visoreds obtained it after becoming shinigami's isn't it?

Visoreds are basically shinigami's, they gained hollow power not that they were born with it. If they were born with it then you can say their zan is their inner hollow. Visoreds zanpaktou spirit is indeed shinigami but their reaitsu is a combination of hollow and shinigami thats all.
