It's possible, but Orihime and Ichigo are gonna end up together, hopefully.

I think it will be Rukia and Renji instead of Ichigo, But this is coming from an Ichigo and Orihime fangirl!

Lol to the people who say there's never been a romantic moment between them...to be fair there's more proof or IchiRuki than there is of IchiHime...
And for shallow people who are only saying Ichigo should be with Orihime at the end of the series because of her body...I can only really say grow up.
Ichigo and Rukia have an extremely high chance of being together...Kubo has stated in interviews Rukia is someone very special to Ichigo and has even drawn them in romantic situations so to say...
This drawing was done by Kubo himself.
For crying out loud they made a movie that screamed out IchiRuki.
Also age doesn't come into the equation when it comes to Bleach seeing as Isshin is certainly far older than Masaki considering he was born in soul society while Masaki is a human.
Also I could go and argue and post manga pages yada yada but I'm not going to waste my time unless someone wants to debate with me.
Anyway the answer to your question is yes Ichigo and Rukia have a great chance of being together I'd even go as far to say more they have more of a chance of getting together than Ichigo and Orihime.
