It's said that Kyoraku's bankai affects all those that feel his raitsu if this is true, what would happen if Ichigo slashed Nak or if one of the captains landed a blow on Miracle?????

The third technique is scary in context of the range of his Bankai. Anyone caught in that range of his Bankai is susceptible to that ability and then it appears the winner is the one who's reiatsu remains when the other fades.
But remember that ichigo and the crew are in a completely different city now and yet they could feel which i can safely assume for now "some" of shunsui bankai effects like the darkness and gloominess and what not.
It's like Shunsui Vs Lille, last one standing lives and any bystanders who got swept up in it have to last as long as they do or they will die as well.
If Shunsui used this bankai back in the arrancer arc, then everyone will get the same injury shunsui has which then his second level will kick in and everyone will get a noncurable disease that will weaken them and then level 3 kicks in everyone get caught inside the abyss, Arrancars could of used their release to gain a second wind, all the vice Captains woudl of died and a good majority of the main Captains would of had a hard time staying alive. Until there is one last man standing (which would of probably been yamamoto or aizen)
Basically in a way this is like survival of the fittest, two targets are alive, only one can live but anyone who is caught in the radius also has to survive the water torture they are going through.

That's plausibly the case but it's really bad despite the extent he had to run and the distance he tried to give the rest b4 activating his bankai
