Description: A stronger version of the original Flying Needles of Death gathers large amounts of Needles from the air and surrounding environment into more than a thousand needles. The difference is that these needles are literally icicle spikes, and after damaging the target the icicle spikes melt into a light cold rain.

Then we're doing a double here I want you to freeze my clones feet then cause the ice to encase his entire body jumpo back and attack that ice with any projectile of your chooseing not much on this one it was used in one video game and thats about it

The tiger then proceeds to come done and crush onto the enemy.
This is by far my favorite one of the lists because of the simple fact all it needs to do is touch the water and boom it freezes due to it. This one is also neat because due to Ice being doubled vs water, this technique can counter up to S-rank on its own. There isn’t no real con bar the ice shattering after usage which in sure could have been great to have but of well.

In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.

Given the reason, the two dragons race into each other and start to swirl and forming into a giant tornado of black snow, heading directly towards the clone and catching it off guard.

The technique is rather the same minus its two of them now and the form into a tornado. The tornado can absorb stuff on the ground like mud and such to make it into a mixed attack. One con is the general weakness of snow based techniques which is the fire weakness.

Repeating the same process, Tashigi channeled her chakra into the snow again and caused it to form into two dragons instead. Given the reason, the two dragons race into each other and start to swirl and forming into a giant tornado of black snow, heading directly towards the clone and catching it off guard.

Since you seem to doubt my statement about the ice mirrors being the holy Grail of ice release (canon wise) I am going full out on the knowledge here. Using all the knowledge I have learned from writing essays over the years.

The ice mirrors are the greatest ice jutsu on the canon ice list. First they offer a fast defensive jutsu being the highest ranking ice jutsu on the list of can take the highest ranking jutsu. Second its great offense you can form the ice mirrors around your enemy then blow them up just as fast as they're formed, leaving the enemy no where to go being trapped. It's great supplementary wise you can use it to escape a number of attacks and get an edge in speed.

And last but not least it's good at combining all three into two jutsu which you will preform now, say someone uses a fire jutsu against you, one handsign form ice mirror in front of you and an ice mirror in the sky then several around the enemy, the first mirror blocks the fire while you escape to the mirror in the sky or the mirror behind the enemy, then after you escape you blow up all the mirrors around the enemu. Without sharingan they can't even track where you're going so its biggest edge is on the first use. If you're thinking the full some has to be made it doesn't unless all 21 are formed at once. While inside the mirrors you can't use jutsu but if the mirrors are active and you're outside them you can use jutsu still. And even without exploding the ice mirrors make for a good surpirse attack as they won't be able to keep up with your weapon attacks and if they attack and break the mirrors you can escape the broken shards or go to another mirror so even if you used it the same way as haku you'd still destory anyone. Now preform it and tell me its pros and cons

Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. The dark area begins to turn a pitch black color as the sky started to snow from the intense increase in the temperature. Once it settled in, Tashigi let out a cold breath, the air filled with ice crystal the rained down onto the area. She formed around the enemy 21 solid mirrors of ice, to which she from behind the one of them steps into the ice mirror. This caused her reflection to be repeated inside each mirror making it hard for the clone to determine which one was the real one. ‘Scratch’ was all that can heard when the clone felt a slash on its chest. Another, and yet more and more appear onto the clone. The swiftness as to how Tashigi moved in between the mirrors where nerve wrecking to the clone.

Do you fear the demon in the ice?

She asked silently towards the clone, cutting him again but it was much slower then before. She can feel the large chakra drain starting to take effect. She slowed down enough that the clone can actually see and react better, but she wasn’t done just yet. She removed herself from within the ice mirrors and making all of them explode in unison.

The young girl rested herself for awhile generating her chakra back, and with that she sees another clone appear to test her, as it released a giant fire ball towards her. She made a single hand seal, and using it she creates a mirror in several places. One behind her, in front and to the side of the enemy directly. Once this was done, she jumps into the mirror behind herself and phasing into it, she appears in the mirrors. The frontal mirror would take the attack directly on and as Tashigi then appear from the one that was made to his sides and slashes the neck of the clone quickly and moving into the opposing mirror before returning back to the main mirror and phasing out from behind of it, she jumps back and explodes the mirrors and the clone with it.

The pros are already listed being able to make these high resistant mirrors. The user can manifest the mirrors anywhere up to mid range, the speed they provide is nice as well. It really makes it harder to counter. It carries extreme costs however and can drain the user of his stamina due to keep them active for too long, eventually slowing down as time goes on. This I can say is Holy Grail 2.0 xd

The explosion one is straight forward and is really stealthy when used correctly.
