Okay, i'm going to try my best to avoid looking up naruto wiki.
Anyways, the Yuki clan is well known for being able to manipulate Ice; a Kekkei Genkai called Ice Release. Ice Release is composed of water and wind chakra. By combining these two, basically wind chakra is used alongside water to cool the water into a frozen state. Ice Release does not always have to be "Ice" as it can be made of snow as well. Ice release can be done in a way where the user can use already existing ice source, like snow on the ground or glaciers, or produce their own from releasing from their body, or manifesting it in thin air. It is weak against lightning because, similar to earth's sturdiness, lightning would be able to pierce right through it. It is strong against wind and water. Water is very weak against ice, because it is like earth but is frozen, and a water state already making it double in weakness and wind is also weak against it because wind will only lessen its temperature. Fire will melt the ice, creating water, but i believe it has to be of the same rank. And the yuki clan were not well liked, most were killed... oh and, Haku is one of the Ice release users.

I do this by visualizing the wetness of water, in liquid form, and its density as well while trying to incorporate that into my chakra. Once i've mimicked the nature of water into my chakra, I perform nature transformation to wind. This is much more simple; I manipulate my chakra to be as thin and as sharp as possible, mimicking that of slicing winds. Weak points
1) Frost is only C-rank, therefore a fire technique would easily burn off the frost, melting it making it unusable.
2) Needs one handseal, which is not bad, but still slows down the performance
3) Needs a constant supply of chakra to keep the frost within the battlefield, so by moving around concealed, you won't be able to perform other elemental natured techniques
4) Does not prevent sensors from finding you
Combinations-strategies
This technique is really useful with stealth-based techniques. I would begin by starting with this technique, allowing me to stealthily move about the battlefield. I can also make a clone, behind a wall perhaps, so while the real me would be hidden, the clone would be acting as the real one, giving me the ability to move around without suspicions.
Ways to counter this technique
I would say that countering this technique would require sensory abilities, to locate and pinpoint the exact location of your target. I would also perform a fire technique that is large, not necessarily towards the ground but warm enough to melt the frost as it is only frost. I could also counter this technique by creating a line of defense around me, making sure my opponent wouldn't pass it. Maybe a wall of sorts.

Once doing so, i would perform a single handseal to mold my chakra properly, that would fit only this technique. Afterwards, i would release the ice chakra throughout the ground of the entire battlefield, and within seconds, it would become frosted up. By sending out a surge of ice chakra around my body, i could manipulate that chakra to mimic the frost and have myself blend in with it, almost unnoticeable to the bare eye. I could then walk around your clone, with a kunai, and stab it from behind without being noticed.

Counters If the snow is already piled up, I would simply use a high rank, and wide range fire technique to melt the snow. This, in turn, would allow me to have a water source to use in battle. I could also use a technique that clears the clouds, making snow impossible to fall or even stay at long range.
Perform the jutsu Gathering water and wind chakra, I use precise chakra manipulation to merge them together, and with the use of nature transformation, I would use it to change my chakra into the properties of ice. Then, I would send it to the clouds and sky, and soon after, materialise forth, snow. This would fall from the sky slowly and gradually. Then, I would send the same chakra to materialise blocks of ice. With the use of shape manipulation, I shape the ice to a shield and a pillar to stand on.

(Hyouton: Tsubame Fubuki) Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm

The swallows are unable to be dodged as they can change direction in mid-air, redirecting themselves to hit their target. Channel your chakra and shoot out cluster of ice needles in shape of swallows and send them at my clone with great speeds and should be able to change direction in mid air to still hit my running away clone.

They are resistent to weak fire techniques and require no handseal whatsoever to be performed. Also, it travels fast so this can be used to attack quickly.
Weak points are the fact that above C rank fire techniques are able to melt these birds. Also, it does not reach long range, which isn't all that bad actually, but is still a disadvantage. Oh yeah, the size of these birds may make it a drawback as it won't be able to cause too much damage.
Combinations and Stradegies. I would use this as a second jutsu slot. With the first one, I would use something like water pillar thrust, to get my opponent in mid air. Then, I would use this technique, which more or less would be a distraction and should be a difficult technique to defend from while mid air since it can't be evaded. Then, I would use a finishing move, a technique that isn't as noticeable but powerful. Perhaps, a flame pillar to rise up whole they're dealingwith the birds.
Counters would be any fire technique B rank or above that would easily melt the swallows. Other counters include lightning, D rank would suffice as it would easily pierce through the ice, shattering it into smaller pieces.

Combinations and Strategies: This technique would be good for a technique that would hold my opponent in place while another jutsu is used to attack accordingly. I would use this technique first. Then, i'd use the water technique that creates a source of water 10 meters above the target. This would restrict them from moving too far after evading because of the range the water jutsu could reach. Then, i'd use an S-rank lightning technique to attack afterwards, so they'd have 3 different techniques, one right after another to avoid, where all 3 jutsus compliment each other in terms of combinations.
Counters: Any lightning techniques would easily break through this since its just C-ranks. I could use water pillar thrust before it comes, since i would feel the earth. Many possibilities, actually.

Description: The user will make needles surround the opponent from all sides. Directly above them, though, there is an opening. The user can jump away at the last second before the needles converge on their opponent, or they can simply perform the jutsu from a safe distance.
Use your chakra and materialize ice needles to form all around your opponent expect above them than at the last second jump through it as the needles goes towards my clone and stab my clone.

- Requires no handseals and it appears out of no where so it can be done quickly
Disadvantages:
- There's one opening on the top and the jutsu states it -.-
- Cannot be performed in long range
- I honestly can't see a disadvantage from this jutsu, possibly its weaker rank?
Combinations and Stradegies: This technique is one where you can use to start a lot of combos. I would use this in the beginning, and anticipate my opponent to escape from the top. Then i would perform the water tech that summons water 10 meters above my target, so they'd meet it faster because of jumping, and even if they dont jump, they'd still get hit. Disadvantages:
- Is not large enough to defend a large summoning
- You vision is slightly decreased due to the color of the ice, you could see through it but it would not be as clear as usual
- Leaves you with no escape routes since its made compeltely of ice and around you
Combinations and stradegies I would use this technique first, to defend accordingly against another technique. I would place my opponent under a genjutsu that would half their vision of me for a short while, then i would use hiding like a mole or hiding in rock to go underground and travel to my opponent where i can arrive from behind them in secret and proceed with a surprise attack that would be an attempt to actually kill them.
Perform it: I gather water and wind chakra and mold them together to create ice chakra. Then, i use this chakra to send it in the air around me to create a large amount of thin, yet sturdy ice around me. With shape manipulation, i shape it around me int he shape of a dome capable of tanking several strong attacks.
Counters A C-rank or above lightning technique would suffice to break it down since its, essentially, like earth techniques.

- Ice dome is very strong, capable of tanking many explosive tags while maintaining its defense.
- It is large enough to protect an ally or two, so that means the dome is fairly large so it can tank pretty large techniques

- You vision is slightly decreased due to the color of the ice, you could see through it but it would not be as clear as usual
- Leaves you with no escape routes since its made compeltely of ice and around you
Combinations and stradegies I would use this technique first, to defend accordingly against another technique. I would place my opponent under a genjutsu that would half their vision of me for a short while, then i would use hiding like a mole or hiding in rock to go underground and travel to my opponent where i can arrive from behind them in secret and proceed with a surprise attack that would be an attempt to actually kill them.
Perform it: I gather water and wind chakra and mold them together to create ice chakra. Then, i use this chakra to send it in the air around me to create a large amount of thin, yet sturdy ice around me. With shape manipulation, i shape it around me int he shape of a dome capable of tanking several strong attacks.
Counters A C-rank or above lightning technique would suffice to break it down since its, essentially, like earth techniques.
