it's very hard for me to admit but i ****ing love it
as for CnC i can't say anything ... it is either perfect or i am a noob at this type of signatures ..
...I'd go with the second...but if i were you i'd add a gradient map...something like this

You must be registered for see images
and set to color or hue and then sharpen a little...i like the idea with the text on the border
