-ice release is the combined nature transformation kekkei genkai of the Yuki clan only. It is made up of techniques that combines wind and water-based chakra to create and manipulate ice, forming it into various structures.
-Ice is formed from the combination of water and wind chakra or from cooling water sources with wind chakra to freeze it.

Alright then, let's begin with the techniques.
Start by gathering your raw chakra from your entire body before molding the gathered raw chakra into part wind chakra and part water chakra. You then combine the two to mold it into ice release chakra whilst simultaneously performing the rat hand seal. After that you release the ice chakra and cover the surrounding area in frost, creating a cold mist that drastically lowers the temperature on the entire battlefield.
This technique is the very basic technique which allows for a variety of creations that can be formed of ice or snow. Along with that, you can also cause it to start snowing on the battlefield by altering the weather conditions, and making the terrain more moist and "icy" to suite your purpose. Once enough snow has been accumulated on the battlefield, you would also be able to manipulate existing snow to perform certain techniques much faster.

You then release the ice chakra and add nature transformation whilst simultaneously adding shape manipulation to form a pillar of ice which rises beneath your target and encases him within it. You are also able to encase yourself within a pillar of ice to defend against a certain degree of techniques, and instead of being trapped as your target would when encase in the ice, you would be able to still move your arms and legs due to yourself being an Ice user.
When in close range, you gather your ice chakra and release it all around yourself and your opponent before adding shape and nature transformation to form thousands of needles all around yourself and your opponent, albeit, an opening is left just above yourself to escape from the needles as it converges upon the target. When in mid range, you can just create the needles around your target and attack him without having to leave an opening or escape from it since it wouldn't be surrounding you.

You could also form the pack normally on the ground but the momentum gained from the descend of the mountain makes the technique much more effective.
A simple technique yet very effective, you could either choose to create a single ice spike or multiple in the same vicinity. Gather your ice chakra and focus it into the ground beneath your target, you then release the ice chakra and form it into the spikes by shape manipulating it. Give it a try.

Next, the last of the B-Ranks...
Apply the process of molding ice chakra, then add nature transformation to form actual Ice whilst simultaneously adding shape manipulation to shape the ice into a large tiger made completely of dense ice. This tiger is capable of freezing most water attacks and isn't affected by water unless it's at least A-Rank or higher.
Mold your ice chakra and focus it beneath your target, you then create lumps of ice to trap your opponent by freezing their feet. After that you perform a single hand seal and cause the clumps of ice to form into a large chunk of ice which would completely freeze your target. You then swiftly jump backwards and toss several senbon at the bound and frozen target, this would cause the chunk of ice to partially crack before shattering outwards and further damaging your opponent. Give it a try on my clone.

-I Start by gathering my raw chakra from my entire body before molding the gathered raw chakra into part wind chakra and part water chakra. I then combine the two to mold it into ice release chakra which i then release while adding nature manipulation and shape manipulation to form an ice tiger
-I would destroy the dragon with a-rank water or lightning.
-The useful thing about this technique is that no matter the number of b-rank water used against this tiger,it freezes.
-This technique lets the user freeze the target in a chunk of ice and then, the user throws senbons to crack the ice, making it explode on the target.

The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously.
