Iam hearing voices from my laptop, is it normal?

Dont get the wrong idea,

it just say from time to time congratulations, or any other random word without me opening any audio related files....

is there is a way to stop it? kinda gives creeps like that time i was reading about people getting killed in a story...suddenly i hear "Good"

the point is if it's possible to shut that sound from coming can you help me please?

nop cause if its on any thing i point with my mouse the narrator would narrate it.

there are a couple possibilities
i could tell you and i most likley not work or...
you should just google exactly whats going on and search till you find something that works

chances are its an ad. i was on the web and out of no where it started telling me about this new toothpaste

turns out it was an ad at the bottom of the page i was on.

You can also always try restarting it of course.

Probably an ad on the side of the page or a pop-up, they say "congratulations" claiming you've won a prize and such...

I remember hearing this shit suddenly.
I think it has something to do with internet explorer, even though you're not even using it.
Start the task manager(ctrl+alt+del), go to processes and look for ie.exe or something, then end the process.

lol it's probably and ad. It happened to me a few times. Once when I was reading a horror fanfic (written too well) late at night in the dark, it happened and I nearly my fell out of my seat!
