Madara's a beast, but as far as I'm concerned, he still hasn't quite met his hype (though he should be able to achieve that quite easily if he somehow stays, or gets revived by Tobi later and gets another fight). Imo, he needs to show off his other Rinnegan techs, as well as Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi (or whatever his other two MS techs are). Then again, the fight would probably literally take 30 seconds if he used them (Amaterasu on Oonoki, one-shot the other 4 with CT. GG).
But yeah, a flying Susanoo would be way too OP imo. Though it does have something that resembles wings...
