I wouldn't be surpised if Kabuto....."spoilers sorta"

Well in this latest chapter we finally see the flashback of Kabuto. He said that he started out with nothing, not knowing who his real family and origin were. He also said he was the closest person to the SO6P. I wouldn't be surprised if he is the direct descendant of the sage.

I mean he has the perfect body orochimaru was looking for. He has white, hair(so far as we know SO6P has white hair also, maybe yellow, but I'm sticking with white) This is the second time he mentioned the sage, which means he definitely knows a good deal about him. He can control nature which I would assume the SO6P could do as well.

I mean it's not much to go on, but as I said I wouldn't be surprised if that was case. Perhaps later in the flashback, he explains how he found out his true origin and perhaps knowing he's a descendant of the sage, was the driving point for him to become so powerful and give him a new goal other than serving orochimaru. He did say he was following his own path now.

What do you guys think?

He said he's the closest thing to the sage. Power wise he feels he has more power than the Uchihas and Nagato had and pressumably Tobi. He may be assuming too much but he is big headed that = his downfall.

Because Kabuto just unlocked his "complete body". And he means complete as in terms of the snake orochimaru wanted to become. He isn't actually the perfect body of all bodys.

If Kabuto was descended from the sage, I'm pretty sure a guy like Orochimaru would have known. + Orochimaru can see the potential in someone. So interesting theory but I don't think its plausible

That would make him either an Uchiha or a Senju/Uzumaki... Those are the dessendents of the sage... Not so rare either... U_U

and, just because he has the allusination he is close to the sage's level, that does not mean it's true... But, it shall simply be revealed in a week or so... U_U

I know he meant in terms of power, but nonetheless he keeps alluding to the power of the sage. As I said, it's not much to go on, but who knows.
