1. He is badass.
2. He respects his elders and always make the right decisions.
3. He is always cool,calm and collected.
4. A genius in battle.
5. Well known all over the WORLD.
6. He can perform a lot of jutsu.
7. He was the next best choice after tsunade.
8. Obito also wants him to become hokage.
9. He never gives in to hatred. He always wants to protect everyone he loves.
10. He can handle all the paperwork.
11. Everyone in the village loves him.
12. He does not cry for mass murderers and he is ready to kill his best friend if he has to.
This is a very important reason. The way naruto is, he will easily forgive anyone who does a crime because he is too kind and this will result in his downfall as a hokage. On the other hand, kakashi can take tough decisions if he has to,he knows what needs to be done. He can kill people if they are threat to the village or shinobi world.
I think he have all the qualities for becoming the hokage.
He is like a mixture of both sasuke and naruto.
He is smart and realistic like sasuke AND wise and merciful like naruto.
