I guess you're confusing him with AoKiji. Akainu's power is Lava. Ice is AoKiji's.

No. It's the one where earth with a Samurai setting is colonized by aliens. This particular character who shares the same VA as Akainu is the most useless character in the anime. He's one of the hardest trolled characters throughout the series.
