I wondering if Sasuke can use Sakura ying seal?

We know Sasuke had gotten a yin tatoo on his left hand with signify that he have all yin chakra and abilities from the sage of the sixth path.The sage of the sixth path created ninjutsu in his time.Therefore Sasuke should be able to copy Sasuke yin seal releaseon her forehead to because he can see the chakra flow .Sasuke yin seal is not even a blood line power,which mean it can be learn easily with sharingan.What you think?

"Yin Seal" is just a name. It doesn't have anything to do with Yin power or Yin chakra or Yin release.

Actually it would be awesome if they did have something in common. Sasuke could increase the power of Sakura's hyakugou with Sage chakra
