I wonder why Kabuto didn't bother bringing back any of the Uchiha that Tobi and Itachi killed off, or even Madara's brother. Any ideas?

Perhaps he couldn't get DNA samples because Tobi and Danzo cleaned it all up for themselves. Also, at the time of the Uchiha massacre, Kabuto wasn't joined up with Oro yet (I think) and was faithfully serving the Leaf.
